1. Who we are

This website, the Draeda shop and the donation form are operated by BeyondDezign LLC, Florida, USA. That is the company responsible for the information described here.

This page covers the website at draedanew.com. It does not cover the game servers themselves or our Discord server, which Discord runs under its own privacy policy.

2. What we collect

Just browsing: nothing that identifies you. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, and we set no cookies of our own.

Server logs: like every web server, ours records each request — IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. We use these logs to keep the site secure and to fix faults. They are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile anyone.

When you buy or donate:

the in-game character name you type in (optional for a donation)
the server you play on, for shop purchases
your email address, which you give to Stripe on the payment form
what you bought or donated, and the amount

Your card details go straight to Stripe. They never touch our servers and we cannot see them.

3. What we use it for

to take your payment and send your receipt
to deliver your items to the right character
to contact you if something has gone wrong with an order
to keep the payment and tax records the law requires
to keep the site secure

We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Who else sees it

Stripe processes every payment, sends your receipt, and holds the payment record. Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment form to prevent fraud. Stripe's privacy policy.
Discord: when a payment completes, the order — character name, server, item, amount and your email — is posted to a private staff-only channel on our Discord server so an admin can deliver it. It is never posted publicly. Discord's privacy policy.
Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site load from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers and Google sees your IP address. Google's privacy policy.
Our hosting provider, whose machines the site and its logs run on.
The law: we will disclose information if a court order or legal obligation requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We do not run a customer database. Payment records live in Stripe and are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Order messages stay in our staff channel so we can restore a lost item or answer a dispute. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are legally required to keep it — payment records, for example.

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, data protection law gives you the rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We process your information because it is necessary to carry out your purchase or donation, because the law requires us to keep payment records, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted. We do not sell personal information.

7. Where your information goes

We are based in the United States, and Stripe, Discord and Google process information there and in other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

8. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has made a purchase, contact us and we will sort it out.

9. Changes to this page

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
