1. Virtual items

Everything sold here is a virtual in-game item. It has no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and is not property. What you are paying for is a service performed inside our game worlds, and your purchase supports the running of those worlds. Items exist only for as long as the servers do.

2. Refunds

Digital items are delivered by hand and cannot be returned, so purchases are treated as final. If something has gone wrong — the wrong item, no delivery, a mistake on our end — contact us and we will put it right, by redelivery or by refund at our discretion. Contact us first and we will almost always sort it out.

We reserve the right to modify or remove items from the shop without prior notice.

3. Payment and delivery

Full payment is required before delivery. Once payment is complete, items are delivered to the in-game character you named at checkout, within 24 hours and usually sooner. Give us the exact character name — if we cannot find the character, we cannot deliver.

4. Player responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the resources, space or permissions needed to use what you buy. Being unable to use an item effectively is not on its own grounds for a refund, though clause 2 still applies if something is genuinely wrong.

5. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the loss of the purchasing account and any alternate characters belonging to the same player. Almost every dispute we have seen would have been solved by a message on Discord.

6. Lost items

If an item is lost to a server reset or a technical fault on our side, we may restore it. Provide your proof of purchase — the Stripe receipt emailed to you is enough — and tell us what was lost.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
